Noesis Portal

browser control pane for the local Noesis daemon

Portal is the browser surface for the local Noesis daemon. It is the live board and control pane, not the whole paper-to-vector system.

You run noesis serve, the daemon prints a short-lived permit, and the browser uses that permit to talk to the local runtime.
